InCites Dataset
InCites 2.0 is built on a single dataset source from the Web of Science™ Core Collection, aggregated by the Research Analytics Integrated Metrics System, and optimized in the InCites Dataset.
Integration across the Research Analytics platform means the indicators from Essential Science IndicatorsSM, Journal Citation Reports®, Institution Profiles and all InCites 1.0 modules come together in one dataset - explorable in InCites 2.0
Institutional Registry/WAAN address unification system supplies organization data to InCites improving accuracy and ease of use.

Institutional Profiles
What's New in Institutional Profiles?
Institutional Profiles provide quantitative data for a large number of performance indicators, including:
- income
- number of staff and students
- teaching and research reputation
- productivity, as measured by publications
- impact, as measured by citations
Data for Institutional Profiles come from three chief sources: institutional data collection, reputation surveys and bibliographic analysis.
You may download an Excel file (application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet, 49.9 kB, info) of participating institutions.
Regions
Country/region aggregations are now available as Regions in the InCites Explorer. Download the list of countries/regions and their associated regions here (application/vnd.ms-excel, 139.8 kB, info).
